ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

Headteacher's Message

Welcome to Teddy Academy Secondary School's website! I am Mrs Darla Lankers headteacher of TASS, head of the English/Literature department and head of KS3. TASS is a very open school, welcome to anybody. And we make sure everyone is looked after and treated right as bullying and racism are not tolerated at this school. We follow the same values as TAPS (PRISTA) Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Self Belief, Teamwork and Achievement. You will still be in the same houses that you were in at TAPS (Fire, Water, Air and Earth House). I hope you enjoy looking at our website. Because we have a lot to offer!

Facilities - What we have to offer:

After school clubs available for everyone
Private or group subject lessons after or before school (eg; instruments, sports etc)
Cafeteria open for lunch or if you want a quick snack at break. (all payments online so do not bring cash)
Field and 2 playgrounds to use during PE/games lessons or at break/lunchtime
Hall (big enough for 300 people) to use for performances, meetings/assemblies and used during lunch
